Our Clinical Director/ RCM Jarred Rose brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, having worked across a wide range of settings including the emergency services and primary care. In addition, he has served as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC), supporting the inspection and evaluation of healthcare providers across the country. This experience ensures that Caretree’s services are developed and delivered to the highest professional and regulatory standards.

In addition our Director of Care Jade Grigg also brings significant expertise, with over seven years of extensive experience within the domiciliary care sector, having excelled across multiple areas of care delivery and management from a Registered Care Manager’s position to Director. Together, our leadership team ensures that every client receives care that is not only compassionate and person-centered, but also safe, clinically informed, and responsive to changing need.

They are supported by a highly trained professional office team who work very closely together to provide whatever support is needed by our carers.
