Caretree Ltd delivers specialist dementia care that prioritises safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
We provide person-centred dementia care in both domiciliary and live-in care settings, supporting individuals to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes wherever possible.
Care is tailored to the individual, recognising that every person’s experience of dementia is unique.
Supporting clients’ independence while they benefit from the familiarity and safety of home and their familiar routine. Now that’s Caretree
Caretree is proud to be a clinically led organisation, ensuring that every aspect of care is guided by professional knowledge, clinical insight, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Our Director of Care, Jade Grigg brings significant expertise, with many years of extensive experience within the domiciliary care sector, having excelled across multiple areas of care delivery and management from a Registered Care Manager’s position to Director. Together, our leadership team ensures that every client receives care that is not only compassionate and person-centered, but also safe, clinically informed, and responsive to changing need.
She is supported by a highly trained professional office team who work very closely together to provide whatever support is needed by our carers.
Our support includes:
Companionship and Emotional Wellbeing: For those who live alone, loneliness can become a challenge. Our carers provide more than just practical support, they offer companionship, conversation, and reassurance, helping to create a positive and engaging home environment.
Flexible and Responsive Care: Needs can change over time. Our dementia care services are flexible and adaptable, ensuring that care plans evolve as circumstances change. We regularly review each client’s care plan to ensure it continues to meet their needs effectively.
Peace of Mind for Families: Knowing that a loved one is receiving professional, compassionate care can provide enormous reassurance. Families can feel confident that their relatives are safe, supported, and treated with dignity and respect.
All carers receive specialist dementia training, with a focus on communication, behaviour support, safeguarding, and promoting independence. Continuity of care is prioritised to build familiarity, trust, and stability.
Our dementia care is delivered in line with recognised UK best practice, including NICE guidance, CQC Fundamental Standards, NHS principles, UKHSA guidance, HSE requirements, and safeguarding legislation.
We also provide ongoing support to families, ensuring clear communication, involvement, and reassurance throughout the care journey.
Caretree is committed to delivering compassionate, consistent, and professional care that supports people to live well with dementia at home.
To further enhance the quality, safety, and responsiveness of our care, we use everyLIFE’s PASS digital care management system.
PASS places the client at the heart of every decision, ensuring that each visit is recorded accurately, care tasks and medication changes are updated in real time, and personalised notes reflect what truly matters to the individual. This enables our carers to deliver support that is not only consistent and reliable but also responsive to changing needs. Its detailed approach to recording—including clear visit timings, comprehensive care notes, and structured incident documentation—strengthens our commitment to safety, risk reduction, and excellence in care delivery.`
For families, PASS is complemented by openPASS, a secure platform that provides real‑time visibility of care notes, schedules, and care plans, ensuring that loved ones remain informed, reassured and actively involved in the care journey wherever they are.
This level of transparency and collaboration aligns closely with the standards valued by the CQC for Outstanding care—promoting open communication, empowering clients and families, and ensuring decisions are guided by clear, up‑to‑date information.
Together, PASS and openPASS help us deliver truly person‑centred, safe, and consistently exceptional care.
To focus on the provision of live-in care and domiciliary care in providing the highest standard of professional and compassionate care to our clients, using the latest digital technology and systems thus combining human touch with latest technology.
