All home care agencies are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and have regular inspections. We were found Outstanding in all five categories; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led, and were the first home care agency in Oxfordshire to achieve this.

The Journey began with a straightforward vision.
Caretree was established in 2009 to provide a high level of care to people living in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Our founder and Clinical Director Linzi Prendergast is a Registered nurse with vast experience in both the NHS and managing Private hospitals.
Caretree today provides compassionate, high-quality care that truly makes a difference in our clients’ lives. As Linzi often says “delivering care in a way that you would want to receive it yourself”. Linzi remains actively involved with the delivery of care as she recognises that to manage care it is vitally important to understand what is happening at the point of care delivery, in the Client’s home.
