Being clinically led, Caretree is guided by Jarred Rose, whose career spans over 25 years in emergency services, primary care, and urgent care. Jarred has served as Clinical Director for a large ambulance service and is one of the few Specialist Advisors to the CQC. His leadership ensures Caretree maintains strict governance, regulatory compliance, and a client focused approach. Jarred also leads our in-house resuscitation training, ensuring all staff are current and certified in Basic Life Support following the UK Resuscitation Council.

Supporting Jarred is Jade Grigg, Director of Care, whose extensive experience ensures clients receive the right care, at the right time. Together, Jarred and Jade champion person-centred care, recognising that every client is unique and care packages must be tailored accordingly.
Behind the scenes, our back-office support team operates 24/7, ensuring carers and clients alike receive assistance whenever it’s needed. Caretree provides care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering reassurance and support for families and clients around the clock.
